Manipulation, by Daniel Greaves
Beautiful 1992 animation by Daniel Greaves, who experimented with animation as a way to relax from his hectic work making title sequences and commercials for TV. "Manipulation" won an Oscar for Best Animated Film.
I first saw it at an animation festival in Bradford. It's the first animator-character interaction I remember watching and I just loved it.
